the valet team was both efficient and kind. the front desk staff were polite. i found them knowledgeable about the area. receptionist was very knowledgeable and great at her job. checking in was easy. i had a very spacious room with comfortable beds. it even had a large balcony.
the door felt paper thin, and i could hear a lot of noise from the hallway.
